Find out more about us at Role Overview We are looking for a Steel Structure Inspector to integrate our teams in Sines, Portugal. This role will support the quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) activities for a major industrial project, ensuring compliance with construction standards and contractual requirements throughout the execution phase. What you will do: Perform QAQC inspections and activities across construction, erection, and installation phases; Verify conformity with contractual requirements, execution plans, delivery dates, and manufacturing quality; Manage and update QAQC documentation using IT tools such as EasyPlant and GAIA; MonitorKPIs and analyse data provided by construction contractors; Issue QAQC deliverables including Pre-Inspection Meeting reports, QCPs, CSHs, and others; Identify and report deviations or issues affecting quality or delivery, and coordinate recovery actions; Contribute totechnical evaluations of construction-related offers; Supportperformance evaluations of contractors and inspection agencies; Provideclear, precise, and accurate reports on compliance with construction codes and project specifications. What you are like: Holds a Technical Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Proficient inQAQC processes within steel structure construction projects; Skilledin reporting and documentation using digital tools; Experienced in interpreting and applying construction codes and standards; Knowledgeablein EN 1090 and ENDS standards; Certified as a Level II Visual Welding Inspector; Fluent in Spanish and English, with Portuguese also required.
