Thoth AI is a cutting-edge data solutions company specializing in AI training data, content moderation, and linguistic services. We collaborate with global tech leaders to improve machine learning models and enhance user experiences across digital platforms. We've recently opened our new office in Lisbon, and we're excited to grow our team in a city known for its vibrant culture and international talent. We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Data Annotators fluent in Russian to support a world-renowned short-video platform. Your work will directly contribute to improving content quality and user experience by helping train AI models to recognize and categorize ambiguous or low-quality content. Key Responsibilities Review and assess multimedia content (videos/photos) based on predefined quality criteria Accurately label content into specific poor-quality categories for model training Meet daily quality and quantity targets set by the Project Manager Adapt to evolving guidelines and project updates Maintain a high level of attention to detail and responsibility Requirements Native or fluent Russian speaker Good command of English (minimum B2 level) Must be able to work onsite in Lisbon Background in linguistics or experience in language teaching is a strong plus At least 6months experience in data annotation or content moderation.
