Senior Business Application Manager Location: Lisbon About the role: We are looking for a Senior Business Application Manager to support business decision-making and critical processes by ensuring high-quality functional support for a portfolio of Business Applications. This role is key in driving continuous improvement and ensuring constant alignment between IT solutions and business needs. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of projects aimed at enhancing the Information Systems (IS) architecture, managing them across the entire project lifecycle and ensuring successful implementation. Gather, analyze, document, and map business and functional requirements. Provide timely and effective functional support to end users, managing incidents and service requests with external providers. Build, maintain, and continuously improve a knowledge base related to application support issues. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards , leveraging data from HR tools. Monitor and execute production activities, including data quality controls and reporting processes. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop with solid experience in data modeling projects. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel . Strong understanding of Business / IT relationship and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Language Skills: English – Expert level
