Associate Electrical Engineer

Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Energy Business Unit by recruiting a Junior Electrical Engineer for the Renewable Energy department, based at our Porto office.With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.Responsibilities:- Actively participate in the development of Renewable Energy projects – Solar and Wind – and Storage projects- Design efficient technical solutions that meet customer needs, calculated and dimensioned in accordance with applicable regulations- Prepare technical reports, design briefs, and project specifications- Manage the team assigned to you for project development- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design optimized solutions- Ensure that projects are executed within the established deadlinesProfile:- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in Energy- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the energy sector or related fields- Interest in the development of Renewable Energy projects – Solar and Wind Power – and Storage projects- Experience with software such as PVsyst, PVcase, PVdesign, among others (preferred)- Strong communication skills and team spirit- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a team, combined with a strong sense of responsibility and autonomy- Focus on technical excellence, attention to detail, strong analytical, critical, and problem-solving skillsWhat we offer:Quadrante is a global organization focused on delivering economically optimized, sustainable, and technically robust solutions.
