Senior AI Solutions Developer
for a project with a hybrid working model:
We’re looking for a
Senior AI Solutions Developer (6+ years of experience)
to lead the research, testing, development, and optimization of AI-powered solutions that will help drive our company’s next stage of innovation.
What you’ll be doing:
Research, test, and develop cutting-edge AI-powered solutions and applications
Design, build, and deploy
AI agents
with advanced capabilities
Develop and maintain
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
systems
Work with
vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search
Optimize
token usage, context, prompts, and AI workflows
for performance and cost efficiency
Design intelligent
context and hash-based context management
solutions
Integrate and orchestrate multiple LLM providers, including
OpenAI, Anthropic, Google , and others
Identify new opportunities to apply AI across the business
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform ideas into scalable AI solutions
Continuously research emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices
What we’re looking for: Experience:
6+ years of professional software development experience
Strong hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications
Technical skills:
Strong proficiency in
Node.js and/or Python
Proven experience developing and deploying
AI agents
Solid experience implementing
RAG architectures
Hands-on experience with
vector databases
such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or similar
Strong understanding of
embeddings and semantic search
Experience integrating multiple LLM providers
Strong knowledge of
prompt engineering and token optimization
Experience with context management and optimization techniques
Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for experimentation and innovation
Language:
French: C1 level or above
