For further information, please visit About The Main Purpose Of Your New RoleAs a Junior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, tracking, delivery and closure of client projects, contributing for the exceeding of client expectations and SMARTIDIOM's ISO standards. This is a full-time position, in which you will work on deliveries for a portfolio of customers, in a hybrid model – both in our Office in Leiria and remote within Portugal (home based). Work ScheduleMonday through Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Friday 9 AM to 5 PM Lunch (1 hour) Your Main ResponsibilitiesSuccessfully execute and deliver client projects, by overseeing project activities and ensuring resolution to any problems that may arise (corrective and preventive action, risk analysis and contingency planning); Managing project finances, including budgeting, and controlling project costs, ensuring target profit margins are achieved and finance systems are kept up to date and accurate; Preparing, organizing and monitoring the overall workflow processes and timelines, efficiently predicting the lifespan of all the stages of the project in a fast-paced environment; Supporting project activities such as file analysis and preparation, sending prepared information to the internal resources and external vendors and performing quality checks at various stages of process to ensure quality and accuracy; Identifying and prioritizing the best resource for every project, by ensuring qualified resources are used and clarifying requirements for resources up front (e.g., specific skills, profile, availability); Contacting our vendor database to staff projects and negotiating deadlines and rates with vendors globally; Growing the portfolio of active clients and accounts, by prospecting new and existing clients and accounts; Both preparing/supervising annual meetings with the main clients and organizing leading client on-boarding sessions and kick-off calls to ensure that proper expectations and processes are defined up-front, while advising clients as fully as possible about their project requirements; Establishing and nurturing excellent relationships with all stakeholders: the internal team, clients and vendors. Your Profile/RequirementsUniversity Degree in the field of Translation, Marketing, Project Management, Business or equivalent; Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and workload, high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines and organize heavy workloads or complex project situations; Oral and written fluency in Portuguese and English; Outstanding communication skills; At ease working remotely (by phone, web meetings, etc.); Autonomy, energy, strong team spirit and proactive attitude; Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; Curiosity and creativity to question existing processes and approaches and innovate new ones. Experience with Office.
