Our client is the leading destination for short form mobile video, with the mission to inspire creativity and bring joy. As a Content Moderator in this project, your daily responsibilities will include: Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to your platform Be responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities Improve the content management strategy for short video platforms Be responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates the policies Meet and exceed our service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets Be responsible to follow the direction of management and provide feedback Requirements You need to have the requirements below in order to be selected: Native or proficient level of Italian (C2) Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written Ability to adapt to a challenging software system. Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal Availability to work onsite Availability to work 24x7 (40 hours/week) Benefits Paid professional training Relocation package: refund of the initial flight ticket. Salary: 1050 euros gross per month (12 payments ) + performance bonuses.
