We're looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Email & SMS) to take ownership of our retention channels. You'll be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing campaigns and automated flowsacross email and SMS, directly impacting customer retention, subscription renewals, and revenue growth.
