Senior Content Marketer

Are you our new Senior Content Marketer? Dapper is looking for a Senior Content Marketer with a pioneering spirit. You'll play a key role in helping our clients drive online growth, from strategy to execution. We work with a diverse range of B2B businesses across the globe: from promising start-ups to fast-growing scale-ups, and beyond. At Dapper, we believe B2B marketing needs a revolution. This job is for you if you: Have 5+ years of creating and implementing content strategies for complex B2B products/services. Can create relevant content in various formats, from writing copy to outlining video concepts. Understand content distribution across organic and paid platforms. Actively use AI to create better content and content strategies (including research). Can supervise, coach and review the work of junior and medior content marketers. Are organised, able to manage your time across multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Can clearly present content strategies and are comfortable leading (content-related) workshops for multiple stakeholders. Experience working at a marketing agency or freelancing is a plus. This means you are paid on an hourly basis, according to the hours you share with us that you have worked. We do provide more security than a pure freelance contract, as we work with a 30-day notice period (on both sides). To ensure stability, we guarantee 40 hours of work per week, so that we're working together on a full-time basis. On top of that, you'll have access to a desk at our shared co-working space in Lisbon, giving you a collaborative and professional environment to thrive in. Who are we?
