In particular: Support go-to-market product strategy for the assigned product line Drive market trends & competitors analysis, consumer insights and needs to support product features and positioning as well as value propositions. Support product launches and follow the team to produce high quality and effective assets Monitor our outbound sales progress (market share, price index metrics) and inbound sales success (sales vs. budget, performance KPIs, project performance vs. effort, profitability) Drive efficiency and the cost saving activities (product, logistics) to improve business and product competitiveness Propose range enhancements based on product gaps (in our line-up, vs. market as well as future opportunities) Support projects from product marketing perspective What you need to succeed Must have Education: University degree in Economics, Marketing, Engineering Professional Experience: at least 5 years of experience in product management within the consumer electronics industry Technical skills: excellent knowledge of Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Excel Soft skills: Dynamicity and proactivity Time-management and organizational skills Languages: fluent in English Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
