Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team on a 1-year maternity cover contract. As a Field Marketing Specialist, you are responsible of plan and implement our marketing and demand generation activities. For this role, you should have a basic understanding of marketing within a B2B environment. Fluency in Dutch and French is required.

Key responsibilities

  • Support key marketing activities in the region: lead gen campaigns, ABM activities and events.
  • Coordinate with the content teams and ensure strong local execution of campaigns.
  • Drive Dutch and French localizations for different platforms such as social media, blogs, website and press releases.
  • Collaborate with the events team to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple end-to-end regional, industry, and executive events.
  • Design, develop and execute account-based marketing programs and activities that target profiles in accounts.
Qualifications
  • A recognized degree in Marketing, Business Studies or any other similar certifications;
  • +2 years proven work experience as a Marketing Executive/Assistant or similar role.
  • Proven track record in creating and executing multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns for events utilizing public relations, advertising, and product, digital and social marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing digital platforms and techniques – Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo and Asana preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Dutch, French and English.
  • Strong project, communication, and time management skills with the ability to effectively manage numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
