We are seeking a positive and enthusiastic person who inspires both the team and our youngest customers, families and LEGO® fans, creating an unforgettable in-store experience.Main responsibilities:Be the guardian of our customers’ experience, ensuring every visit is a moment they want to repeat; act as a Brand Ambassador by promoting animation and engagement in the store for children, families and fansAchieve sales and turnover targetsLead, manage and motivate the team to work together towards shared goalsEnsure proper stockroom organization and accurate management of merchandise movementsProtect the brand image and maintain store standards, ensuring correct product replenishment according to company guidelinesEnsure compliance with internal procedures and company policiesRequirements:Strong customer orientationHigh ability to motivate and lead teamsGood organizational and management skillsKnowledge of key sales and productivity analysis toolsMinimum 2–3 years of experience as a Store Manager leading a team of at least 5–6 people, preferably in structured retailGood level of EnglishIf you fully identify with this profile and are excited to be part of a new store opening, don’t hesitate to send us your application.
