OverviewThe PMO Analyst will support the effective operation of the Programme Management Office, playing a key role in reporting, planning, and governance for a global transformation programme. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills, and a good understanding of project and programme delivery. ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update programme plans, RAID logs, dashboards, and reports. Coordinate project governance meetings, preparing presentation packs, minutes, and follow-ups. Collect, analyse, and consolidate data for executive reporting. Support financial and resource tracking across the programme. Monitor project progress and assist in identifying and resolving risks or issues. Ensure PMO standards, processes, and governance frameworks are applied consistently. Prepare and maintain project documentation and ensure data accuracy. Track activities against the project schedule and assist in stakeholder engagement. Support audits, stage gate reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Essential skills2–5 years of experience in a PMO or project support role within large-scale programmes. Solid understanding of project management tools, frameworks, and governance principles. Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skills. Strong attention to detail, organisation, and analytical mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong team player with a proactive approach. Good English Desired skillsExperience in the retail sector or with technology transformation programmes Experience with UKG/ UKG Pro is beneficial Exposure to tools like MS Project, Planisware, Sharepoint, or equivalent PMP/ PRINCE2 Foundation or similar qualification nice to have but not essential BenefitsThe candidate must already reside in Portugal.
