This role is ideal for candidates with a strong customer-oriented mindset who are motivated to work in a structured, multicultural, and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Handling customer inquiries and providing support via phone, email, and digital channels Resolving customer issues accurately and professionally Ensuring high customer satisfaction and service quality Following internal processes and documenting interactions Requirements Fluent Danish (spoken and written) + English C1 Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Availability to work on-site in Porto Salary & Benefits Net salary: 1,500€ per month (paid over 14 months) Monthly bonus: 150€ per month for 11 months Meal allowance Health insurance Fixed Monday–Friday schedule Career development in an international environment Interested candidates are welcome to apply with their CVs in English.
