Finance Business Partner

A Snapshot of Your Day Join us in an exciting opportunity to gain commercial exposure within a large multinational company. This role is ideal for a driven and motivated individual looking to develop their financial and business acumen. You will provide commercial and administrative support to proposal/project managers within the Grid Technology Service Business, working closely with the Head of Finance in Italy and contributing significantly to robust business administration. How You'll Make an Impact In this role, you will oversee the financial and commercial aspects of project management, ensuring projects are completed efficiently while achieving desired financial outcomes. Your focus will be on maximizing returns and maintaining financial practices throughout each project's lifecycle. Collaborate closely with project managers across multiple countries, taking responsibility for coordinating financial and controlling activities for both small-scale and large-scale projects. This cross-border cooperation will provide valuable experience in a dynamic, international environment. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of project books and records by properly recording financial data in relevant systems such as SAP, while ensuring compliance with Siemens-FRG and local GAAP requirements. Maintain strong internal controls within your assigned areas of responsibility, upholding the highest standards of financial governance. Engage in special projects and perform ad hoc analyses as required, contributing to a wide range of business initiatives and supporting continuous improvement within the organization through digitalization and artificial intelligence applications. What You Bring Bachelor's or master's degree in economics or a related field. High level of spoken and written Italian and English. Expertise in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience in SAP is considered a plus. Enthusiasm and team spirit, with the ability to work independently and in close collaboration with others. Interest in working in a dynamic and international environment. Previous experience in a similar role (1-3 years).
