Contact businesses to confirm and schedule the collection of rented logistics equipment; Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and friendliness; Support customers by answering questions and providing clear information; Deliver an excellent customer experience every day. Schedule:
Monday to Friday 07:00 – 16:00 What We're Looking For:
Fluent English and native/fluent Danish skills; Strong communication and listening abilities; Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset; Attention to detail and persistence; Basic computer knowledge and confidence using digital tools. What You'll Get:
