Videos sind ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der Unternehmenskommunikation, des Marketings und des Content-Managements. Als Video Content Analyst trägst du dazu bei, die Qualität, Relevanz und Einhaltung der Standards dieser Inhalte sicherzustellen und damit den Einfluss des Unternehmens auf sein Zielpublikum zu maximieren. Zu deinem Aufgabenfeld Analyse und Bewertung von Videoinhalten gemäß den vorgegebenen Richtlinien und Standards Identifizierung und Kennzeichnung von relevanten Informationen und Merkmalen in den Videos Überprüfung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Richtlinien und gesetzlichen Vorschriften Bewertung der Relevanz, Genauigkeit und Qualität von Videoinhalten basierend auf den vorgegebenen Kriterien Identifizierung von potenziellen Verstößen gegen Richtlinien und die Entwicklung von entsprechenden Lösungsansätzen Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teammitgliedern, um kontinuierliche Verbesserungen in Bezug auf Inhalte, Prozesse und Tools zu erzielen Erstellung von Berichten und statistischen Auswertungen über die analysierten Videoinhalte Zu unserem Angebot:

fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau, idealerweise Muttersprache) B2-Niveau in Englisch Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (mündlich und schriftlich) und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Anpassungsfähigkeit beim Erlernen neuer Prozesse, Konzepte und Fähigkeiten Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Zeitmanagement Ausgeprägte Aufmerksamkeit für Details und der Wunsch, präzise, effizient und auf hohem Niveau zu arbeiten Neutrale Einstellung zu vielfältigen Videoinhalten, die klassifiziert werden müssen Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in 3 Schichten (5 Tage pro Woche Mo-So, je nach Schichtplan, Früh-, Spät-, Nachtschicht) **Alle Bewerber müssen einen EU-Pass oder eine gültige Aufenthaltsgenehmigung haben.
