Job SummaryInstall Werfen Middleware and clinical IT products and implement those solutions across all business units within Werfen Spain and Portugal. Work with the Werfen IT Product Managers to create, manage, support and deploy IT project plans. Train customers and other Werfen employees, when necessary, in all Middleware IT products available from Werfen.Key Accountabilities• Knowledge of workflows in clinical analysis laboratories and mainly in Coagulation, Hemostasis, Autoimmunity and ACDx• Installation of Werfen Secure Network Solutions, liaising with relevant Werfen and customer staff as needed to progress projects all the way from design through to installation.• Ensure implementation are in compliance with company policies and best practices.• Ensure customer satisfaction on services.• Review implementation success KPIs• Maintain accurate and up to date customer and system information. Maintain the IT products database and provide appropriate input to the CRM Fiori.• Ensure that updated, relevant and sufficient technical documentation of customer implementation is available to the IT Product Support and Help-Line Staff.• Support Help-Line Staff, IT Product Support and escalated customer calls in incidences and doubts of the product platforms• Liaise frequently with the Coagulation, Acute Care and Autoimmune/Infectious Disease Sales Application Specialists to ensure a smooth and free flow of information horizontally.• Liaise, as required, with suppliers of host computer systems and non-Werfen analyzers to ensure smooth implementation of Werfen IT product installations.• Keep trained in product platforms and technology.• Other duties as assigned by the people manager.• Ensure adoption of Quality and Regulatory policies.
