is a leading imaging company dedicated to leveraging data-driven insights to enhance business processes and decision-making. We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our Business Intelligence (BI) team and play a key role in ensuring data processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and maintain ETL pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and integrity. Analyseand optimize BI processes to improve data accessibility, reliability, and performance. Work closely with business units to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions. Develop and manage data integration processes to facilitate seamless interoperability across company and partner systems. Create and maintain data documentation, ensuring processes align with best practices and compliance standards. Act as an L2 support specialist for BI systems, addressing issues, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with other teams to resolve incidents efficiently. Implement ITIL best practices for incident, change, and problem management within the BI ecosystem. Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Ensure data security, governance, and regulatory compliance across BI platforms. What We’re Looking For Foundational experience supporting and maintaining data engineering workflows and processes, with a focus on reliability and performance. Hands-on experience with ETL development, data integration, and basic process automation. Ability to understand business requirements and assist in translating them into effective data solutions under guidance. Experience or exposure to providing L2 support for BI systems, with an understanding of ITIL-based support practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues. Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting processes, including dashboarding and data visualization tools. Good communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective work with both technical and business stakeholders. Nice to Have Experience working in a structured IT support environment following ITIL standards. Familiarity with cloud data solutions and modern data architectures. Understanding of scripting or automation to enhance data processing efficiency.
