The Role We're looking for a
PHP Developer
to join a technical team focused on building and evolving robust business applications. This role is suited for a developer who goes beyond web development, working at application level to design, implement, and maintain reliable software solutions using modern PHP frameworks and relational databases.
Your Mission: Application Development:
Design, develop, and maintain business-critical applications using
PHP , with a strong focus on application logic and software quality.
Backend Engineering:
Build and enhance application components using
Symfony
and/or
Laravel , following clean, maintainable, and scalable development practices.
Database Development:
Work extensively with
MySQL , designing and optimizing data structures and ensuring efficient application-to-database interactions.
Application Evolution:
Analyse existing solutions, implement new functionalities, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve application performance and reliability.
Technical Collaboration:
Work closely with other technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective application solutions and contribute to the continuous evolution of the platform.
What We Are Looking For: PHP Expertise:
4-5 years of professional experience as a
PHP Developer , with strong hands-on development experience.
Framework Knowledge:
Solid experience with
Symfony
and/or
Laravel .
Database Skills:
Strong practical knowledge of
MySQL
and relational database concepts.
Application Mindset:
Experience developing and maintaining applications, with a focus on backend logic, scalability, maintainability, and performance rather than traditional website development.
Engineering Practices:
Ability to work autonomously, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute effectively within a collaborative development environment.
