We are a young and ambitious company, growing every year, and looking for new talent to join us in sunny Lisbon.Who are we looking for?We are looking for anHR Assistant.As anHR Assistant , you will support the Human Resources department withadministrative and operational tasks , ensuring the smooth execution of daily HR and office-related processes.This role is atemporary position to cover a maternity leaveand is ideal for someone at an early stage of their HR career who is highly organized and detail-oriented.You will assist with employee lifecycle administrative processes, including onboarding and offboarding, documentation management, and recruitment coordination tasks such as scheduling interviews and contacting candidates.You will also be responsible forliaising with office suppliers and service providers , supporting the organization of internal initiatives and events, and managingoffice suppliesto ensure that day-to-day office operations run smoothly.We provide training so you can perform your role at optimal performance, while encouraging autonomy, ownership, and responsibility in your daily tasks.You will communicate with different internal teams and external partners to guarantee efficient coordination and operational support.Job requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management (or similar);Previous experience or internship in an HR or administrative role;Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace;Experience supporting internal processes and documentation;Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;Ability to handle confidential information responsibly;Proactive, reliable, and service-oriented attitude;Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities;Pragmatic, proactive, organized and with an open-minded attitude.What we offer:Salary according to experience level;Health Insurance;Adequate training to the position, and we encourage constant learning opportunities;Work remote 2 days per week (Friday + Monday);Autonomy in a dynamic environment: being in a small team, your opinion and work will matter.Work Benefits:Hybrid Work Model -Work weeks of 3 days at the office (Tuesday-Thursday) + 2 home office days (Monday and Friday);Holidays-24 days of vacation + birthday + December 24th + December 31st;Flourish:External Service, integrated center for help, information, assessment, guidance, advice and continuous monitoring (by phone or in person) to solve all situations that require help by Irregular employees - Training Budget- 300 euros / year for investment in function/business-related training.Company Bonuses- Quarterly bonuses (4x/year) & an annual bonus if the company achieves the business goals set by management at the beginning of the year.
