Job DescriptionAs aLowcode and Automation Platform Engineer, you will: Be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust self-developed solutions using frameworks such as Java and Python and Microsoft .NET. Ensures adherence to self-developed applications best practices, technical standards, and quality guidelines throughout the application lifecycle. Develop reusable components to accelerate delivery and support scalability. Collaborates with Quality Engineers, Service Owners, and stakeholders to execute change, test, and release management processes effectively. Develop and maintain self-developed applications and provides toolkits, documentation, and community engagement to foster a scalable and maintainable self-development application ecosystem. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 3-5 years in software/platform engineering or development, ideally with .NET Framework Proven track record participating in or leading agile projects, plus hands-on involvement in delivering complex solutions Formal leadership is not strictly required; however, experience in guiding teams or mentoring less-experienced developers is beneficial Fluent in English (other languages beneficial); experience working in multinational, cross-functional teams Additional InformationWhat we offer? Compensation package - 14th salaries plus performance bonus Lunch Allowance - in line with local regulation Flexibility - Flexible schedule, hybrid work. Home-Office - Employees received 1,00€ net for each Home-Office day, paid monthly. Work Abroad - Possibility to work abroad within the EU for 20+20 days per year (two different countries). Vacation days - 22 days per year + 3 extra days the following year (considering absenteeism). Seniority days added starting from 3 years in the company.
