If you are driven by the sense of doing meaningful work and growing in a dynamic company, let's connect The impact of the role:  We are seeking a skilled Training & Enablement Specialist to design, deliver, and maintain an enablement ecosystem that supports internal teams and customers through change. This role blends instructional design across platforms, training creation and delivery, documentation, change management planning and communications, and technical expertise to ensure processes, tools, and systems are clear, adoptable, and scalable. This is an opportunity to partner with stakeholders to develop enablement platforms, learning journeys, maintain knowledge hubs, and drive adoption of new processes and tools. On a given day, a Training & Enablement Specialist will: Design, build and maintain enablement spaces, including SharePoint sites, content libraries, and knowledge hubs. Develop clear, engaging communications and reusable enablement assets such as process documentation, quick guides, playbooks, videos, and templates. Define and support role-based and workflow-based learning journeys in partnership with process owners and subject-matter experts.  Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning and enablement needs and ensure materials are accurate, relevant, and actionable. Support process or system rollouts with training, communication materials, and adoption resources. Maintain organized documentation, templates, and version control standards for tools and processes. Monitor effectiveness and usage of enablement and training materials, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to content and delivery methods. Stay current with enablement, learning, and knowledge management trends to continuously enhance the ecosystem. RequirementsIn Order to Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need: 2+ years of experience in enablement, change management or learning and development roles. Advanced SharePoint Online skills, including site structure, permissions, and content management. Strong instructional design and enablement capability with experience translating processes into clear, usable training materials. Confidence in delivering live training sessions, workshops, and virtual learning events. Proficiency with process mapping tools such as Visio, Miro, or Lucidchart. Experience using Power Automate or similar tools for workflows, approvals, and version control. Demonstrated ability to support adoption of new processes, tools, or systems in a changing environment. Amazing if you have: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday or similar). Familiarity with LMS or knowledge platforms. Background in IT operations, shared services, or similar environments. Certifications in instructional design, change management, or project management.
