The Team We aim to help with any Corporate and Labour matters from contract drafting to structural modifications advising which route is best to fulfill our client's goals. The Corporate Portugal department is focused on assisting clients with the setup and growth of companies, offering many services along the way in close collaboration with our Tax, Immigration and Real Estate departments. Accountabilities Provide legaladvice, planning and execution of IP, trading and labour operations. Respond to, handle and close leads by conducting the first meetings with them and bringing new clients while contributing to the development of the office and the department. Assisting our clients (companies and individuals ) through their IP, trademarks and Labourjourney. Organizing and tracking client cases and files and maintaining information on relevant matters. Managing relationships with 3rd party entities and coordinating all necessary appointments. Carrying out the legal and administrative tasks related to the department. Manage GDPR compliance and ensure policies align with regulations. Identify and rectify data protection issues. Handle trademark registration, documentation, and communication. Conduct feasibility research for trademark registration. Solving day-to-dayqueries. You have: A law degree in Portugal. Registered in a Portuguese Bar Association (it's a mandatory requirement for this role) Previous experience with IP and trademarks and Labour Law autonomously handling client cases from start to finish 1 to 3 years.
