We are expanding our IT Squad in Lisbon, Portugal We are currently seeking aSenior Workplace Engineerto join a global team driving the deployment and optimization of workplace environments across multiple entities. Location:Lisbon, Portugal Hybrid:2 days/week onsite Your Mission: You will collaborate with theWindows Edition Product Team, supporting theintegration and deployment of Intune-managed devicesand enabling seamless onboarding for global entities through configuration and app integration. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing applicationsend-to-endinIntune— integration, testing, qualification, and deployment. ProvidingLevel 3 (L3) supportfor major incidents and user technical issues. Conductingbug analysis and fixes. Developingnew featureswhen required. Contributing toproduct lifecycle managementacross local entities. Expected Deliverables: Delivery ofApp Packagesconfigured viaIntune/WIP/VPNsetup. Incident managementthrough SILVA — update, resolve, and close tickets. Reportingon security items, device inventory, and applications viaIntune/Log Analytics. Comprehensive documentationof all implemented or configured elements. Your Expertise: Must Have: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) —English-first working environment. Strongdocumentation and reportingskills. Proven expertise inMDM with Autopilot and Intune. Hands-on experience withWindows device management. Solid knowledge ofWindows Information Protection (WIP). Nice to Have: Experience withMicrosoft Endpoint DLP. Knowledge ofMcAfee Cloud Proxy. Familiarity withF5 PerApp VPN. Exposure toAgile/Scrum methodologies. Why Felps Group?
