Title and Summary Network Services Strategy & Market Director OverviewMastercard is a global technology company in the payments industry. We believe our differences make us stronger, enabling better decisions, greater innovation, and stronger business outcomes.About the RoleNetwork Services are a key driver for scaling the Services business, through Mastercard's 1-many go-to-market ("GTM") channels. Our mission is to channel new initiatives that enhance the Mastercard network ecosystem and meet client needs, creating value for the entire network and scalable revenues for Services.Network Services team is responsible for managing two programs:• INER (Incremental Network-Enabled Revenue) refers to initiatives that leverage Mastercard's network capabilities to create additional value for customers and partners. These initiatives typically involve delivering new or improved services via the network, optimising pricing structures, and introducing behavioural or compliance-related fees. • Market-Wide Initiatives (MWIs) are strategic programmes designed to address common needs and opportunities across an entire market or region. They typically involve deploying Mastercard products or services at scale, funded through market funds.As Network Services Strategy & Market Director, you will own and execute Network Services business strategy for certain markets in Europe covering both Market Work Initiatives (MWIs) and Incremental Network Enabled (INER) programs. Key Responsibilities• Actively contribute to market funds strategic planning, drive ideation of new MWIs based on local needs, support Pan-Europe MWI development, and lead go-to-market execution, ensuring legal and controllership compliance.• Support the development and execution of the regional Services INER strategy and pipeline across three stages: o Pipeline Refresh: Gather input from Services product leads to update the pipeline.o Prioritization: Work with market leads and Services Leadership to prioritize initiatives based on feedback, customer value, and readiness.o Syndication: Secure stakeholder sign-off through structured meetings.• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key business stakeholders to drive Network Services strategy for the respective markets, including but not limited with Country Managers,
