At the same time, we are committed to innovation and designing new products which are in keeping with our Maisons’ values, through a process of continuous creativity.CUC Unified CommunicationsUnified Communication EngineerCONTEXTWe are looking for a “Unified Communications Engineer” to support the Richemont Unified Communications team in streamlining and deploying various products within our group's Real-Time Communication portfolio across multiple brands and regions.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?As a Unified Communications Engineer, you will help us streamline and deploy the various initiatives, tasks, and projects we have in our Real-Time communications portfolio while adopting our Agile Methodology with a focus on the following products:SIP Gateway Traffic Manager: AudioCodes (Notions)Contact Center and Reception Calling Assistant SoftwareLive Events SolutionsHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?You have a technical background in products part of our UC – RTC portfolio.You have a strong background in managing projects, tasks, or initiatives in an international and multicultural environment using Scrum Agile methodology through ITSM solutions like Jira, Confluence, or Service Now.You are an excellent communicator and are rigorous, which will help you build bridges with our customers from our Maisons and business stakeholders.You have knowledge towards Dashboarding through Power BI and Powershell scripting.You are fluent in English; French is a strong plus.HOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?By providing you great opportunities to become a part of a dynamic and diverse environment where passion is not scarce and where you can count on your team to go that extra mile with you to reach success.This position will also be your opportunity to deepen your knowledge of standardizing and deploying Microsoft RTC products for all our Offices, Boutiques, and Manufactures helping achieve this highly expected milestone.The Richemont Group offers plenty of opportunities to ensure a healthy and progressive career development for you in the future.
