Are you an SAP IS-U professional looking for your next challenge? We are expanding the SAP IS-U operations team of our cliente and are currently looking for specialists across different seniority levels, from experienced consultants to technical experts and architectural leads. If you want to work in a stable, high-impact environment that supports millions of utility customers, this opportunity may be the right fit. What You Will Do Depending on your background (technical, functional, business or architecture), responsibilities may include: Analyse and resolve complex incidents in SAP IS-U within a Run/Maintenance context. Perform system configuration in IS-U modules such as Billing, Invoicing, FICA, Device Management and Customer Service. Collaborate with ABAP teams on debugging, interface analysis (IDocs, RFCs, Web Services, PI/PO), performance optimisation and technical fixes. Produce functional specifications, conduct or support testing cycles, coordinate UAT and maintain process documentation. Support business stakeholders, translate requirements into functional or technical solutions and provide expertise during incident and problem reviews. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system stability and reduce recurring issues. For senior profiles: guide technical and functional teams, review solution designs, assess impacts of changes, and support architectural decision-making. What You Bring We welcome professionals with experience in any of the following areas: Functional Expertise Strong IS-U process knowledge related to Meter-to-Cash, Billing, Invoicing, FICA, Device Management or Customer Service. Experience with configuration, system behaviour analysis, documentation and testing. Technical Expertise ABAP development (OO, debugging, performance tuning, enhancements, exits, BAdIs). Integration technologies: IDocs, RFCs, Web Services, oData, PI/PO. Understanding of system performance, batch processes and IS-U data structures. Business / Analyst Profile Experience in requirements gathering, workshops, functional specifications and UAT coordination. Strong stakeholder management and cross-module understanding. Architect-Level Expertise Experience with end-to-end solution design, governance, stability and risk management. Knowledge of performance optimisation, integration architecture and system roadmap planning. Who You Are You have at least 4 years of experience working with SAP IS-U (higher experience levels considered for senior/architect roles). You are comfortable in a Run/Operations environment. You have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. You are detail-oriented and value quality, documentation and stability. You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Applications will be reviewed within 15 days, and selected candidates will be contacted thereafter.
