The Role: What you'll actually do Generate Pipeline from Scratch:You are a cold-calling machine. You'll use LinkedIn, industry databases, and your own grit to find decision-makers and get them on the phone. The Closer Mentality:You don't just "present" products; you navigate objections, create urgency, and drive the deal to a signature. Full Cycle Ownership:You own the hustle from the first "hello" to the final contract. Exceed Targets:You aren't here to meet it; you're here to smash it. CRM Discipline:If it's not in Odoo, it didn't happen. You'll track your KPIs with military precision. Key Responsibilities Identify and close high-value B2B contracts to support a €10M revenue target. Proactively prospect new clients through cold calling, outbound outreach, networking, and referrals. Develop and execute global sales strategies for food and ingredient markets, with a strong focus on Europe. Build and maintain senior-level relationships with food manufacturers, ingredient buyers, and strategic partners. Negotiate complex commercial contracts and long-term supply agreements. Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reporting in Odoo and Asana (no spreadsheets). Track KPIs rigorously and report progress on a daily basis. Contribute to the creation of Sales SOPs to support operational scalability by Q3. Collaborate closely with operations, sourcing, and leadership teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Must-Have Profile Industry Authority:Significant experience in food manufacturing, ingredients, or related B2B sectors. High-Level Negotiation:Proven track record closing large-scale B2B contracts with corporate clients. Strategic Network:Ability to leverage existing industry contacts and decision-maker relationships. Strong Business Mindset:Comfortable operating in a fast-growing scale-up with aggressive growth targets. Data-Driven:KPI-oriented, disciplined in CRM usage and reporting. Advanced English:Required for international sales and negotiations. Excellent Communication:Confident in cold calling, presentations, and executive-level discussions. Nice-to-Have Experience in a startup or scale-up environment, ideally with fundraising exposure. Previous experience using Odoo and/or Asana. Additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish.
