Join a fast-growing tech consultancy supporting leading clients across national and international (nearshore) projects. We’re looking for an experienced and passionate recruiter ready to help us scale our engineering team and drive top tech talent into the business.
What you’ll do- Own and lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (software engineers, DevOps, etc.)
- Build and manage a high-quality talent pipeline with a long-term relationship mindset
- Partner closely with delivery and engineering leads to define roles, profiles, and hiring strategies
- Represent loomtech across social platforms and the local tech community to boost our employer brand
- Ensure a human, engaging, and smooth candidate experience at every stage of the process
- 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment (agency, consultancy or in-house)
- Strong understanding of technical roles, tools, and hiring dynamics in the IT space
- Great communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Proactive, organised, and motivated to grow with a high-performing team

This is a hybrid position based in Lisbon, with 3x a week in our amazing office in the city.
