At Zango, we're training AI agents to read and interpret complex regulations thereby turning regulation into code. In less than 12 months since incorporation, we've partnered with some of the world's largest financial institutions and raised significant backing from top-tier investors. Our mission is to help financial institutions stay ahead of regulatory change, so they can launch new products and expand into new markets 10x faster without hitting compliance bottlenecks. What is this role? We're looking for an AI Product Manager to lead on deploying complex AI agentic solutions for big financial institutions. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of our clients, product and tech, acting as a strategic player who can not only design and develop bespoke solutions leveraging Zango's platforms and other AI tools, but also lead technical engagements to directly influence how our technology evolves. What you'll do: Work with clients to deliver impact Partner with various client stakeholders (compliance, legal, risk, IT, and operations) to understand their complex problems, processes and systems Work with stakeholders to design and build bespoke solutions and workflows that allow Zango to integrate seamlessly with client ecosystems and precisely meet their needs Take primary ownership of the end-to-end delivery of our solutions, including identifying, and helping to resolve any challenges during all phases of solution delivery Map and build a network of senior stakeholders within the client organisation to facilitate the integration Zango into the organisation Act as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, implementation and adoption Shape AI with client insight Translate nuanced client needs and feedback into clear technical requirements, working with engineers to incorporate them into our AI and product development cycles Spot opportunities for new features and solutions that reflect emerging regulatory needs Who we're looking for: 5-7 years' experience as aproduct managerwith anengineering background Experience inplatform or enterprisesoftware solutions Strong communication skills to be able to work effectively with various functions internally and externally Comfortable in client-facing roles, particularly with senior stakeholders Fluent in Portuguese and English Comfortable working on-site in client offices (Lisbon) with occasional travel to London Motivated by the chance to shape the future of AI-powered compliance
