Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new role Join our Global Route Office team in Porto and help improve shipment visibility and data quality across our worldwide network. This position offers hands-on experience in logistics and ERP systems (SAP), supporting global processes that ensure efficient route management for productive and sample shipments. Route Setup and Maintenance: Support the Global Route Office team in maintaining and setting up routes and route determination sets for new and existing customers in SAP for productive and sample shipments System Administration: Assist with changes of forwarders in the ERP system Route Optimization: Identify and clean up obsolete routes and route determination sets Process Documentation: Align and document rules, guidelines, processes, and tools related to route management Data Quality Improvement: Contribute to improving timestamp data quality in SAP Your ProfileQualifications And Skills To Help You SucceedYou are passionate about logistics and supply chain operations in a global context. You combine an analytical mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills, and you are eager to learn new tools and technologies to support worldwide processes. Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a similar field Working Style: Have good communication and organizational skills and attention to detail at all times Tools: Have a good command of MS Office (especially Excel), and SAP is a plus Language Skills: Fluent in English, written and spoken Please send us yourCV in Englishso we can get to know you better.
