Estamos a reforçar a nossa equipa com um(a) Engenheiro de Suporte em GCP , com forte capacidade analítica, autonomia e paixão por ambientes cloud complexos. Procuramos alguém que goste de trabalhar próximo ao cliente, com foco em estabilidade, performance e melhoria contínua. Sobre a posição Atuar na sustentação e análise de incidentes em ambientes Google Cloud, garantindo disponibilidade e performance dos serviços. Trabalhar com serviços como Compute Engine, VPC/Redes, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, CloudSQL, GKE, IAM, Certificate Manager, Artifact/Container Registry, entre outros. Realizar troubleshooting de infraestrutura, redes e workloads containerizadas. Criar e manter pipelines de IaC utilizando Terraform, Atlantis, GitHub e GitHub Actions. Evoluir artefatos Kubernetes, incluindo manifests e Helm charts. Colaborar com equipas internas e clientes para identificar melhorias, otimizar custos e promover boas práticas. Atualizar documentação técnica, procedimentos operacionais e runbooks. Contribuir para automações e iniciativas de observabilidade (logs, métricas, alertas). Participar em esquema de prevenção/standby em semanas alternadas. Requisitos Técnicos Experiência comprovada em ambientes Google Cloud . Domínio de Terraform , versionamento com GitHub e automação com GitHub Actions. Experiência com Kubernetes e Helm . Conhecimentos sólidos em redes, balanceamento, identidade e segurança em cloud. Experiência com outras clouds (Azure, AWS) será valorizada. Capacidade de criar e interpretar documentação técnica de forma clara e objetiva. Soft Skills Comunicação clara e eficaz, incluindo contacto direto com cliente. Proatividade e autonomia no diagnóstico e resolução de problemas. Organização, atenção a processos e foco em melhoria contínua. Capacidade de trabalho remoto, colaborativo e orientado a resultados.
