Als volwaardig lid van de klantenservice van Foot Locker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het afhandelen van diverse klantvragen, het verstrekken van sportieve tips aan klanten, het assisteren bij aankopen en het beheren van hun account.
- Het bieden van een geruststellende, warme en klantvriendelijke service voor klanten van Foot Locker in het Nederlands;
- Beheren van klantvragen over hun bestellingen en toegang tot hun accounts, betalingen en voorraadbeschikbaarheid;
- Benut de kans om bij elke interactie te "schitteren", toon een sterke interesse in de klant, met een natuurlijke drang naar communicatie, door op de hoogte te zijn van de diensten die Foot Locker biedt en een expert en ambassadeur van het merk te worden.
- Vloeiend Nederlands sprekend en goed Engels (B2);
- Minimaal MBO Diploma;
- Bereidheid om 40 uur in shifts te werken;
- Dat je een VOG aanvraagt en deelt met de werkgever;
- Jij minimaal een jaar in Portugal wilt wonen en werken;
- 10 dagen training volgen (betaald).
- Opdrachtgever heeft woonruimte ter beschikking tegen een gering bedrag;
- De woonruimte is inclusief, gas, water, licht en wifi;
- In Portugal betaal je GEEN ziektekosten verzekering;
- Laag inkomstenbelastingtarief;
- Er worden gratis evenementen georganiseerd;
- De vlucht naar Portugal wordt geregeld door opdrachtgever;
- Na 1 jaar werken krijg je ieder jaar een gratis vlucht terug naar Nederland om familie te bezoeken;
- Je krijgt hulp bij alle formaliteiten;
- De kosten voor levensonderhoud zijn laag in Portugal;
- Een unieke internationale ervaring die je helpt bij de rest van je carrière.
