A PharmaLake está a reforçar a equipa comercial e procura um(a)Vendedor(a)paragestão e desenvolvimento de clientes na Zona Norte. O que vais fazer Prospeção ativa e abertura de novos clientes (farmácias, parafarmácias, clínicas, distribuidores). Gestão de carteira: visitas regulares, follow-up, negociações e fecho. Execução no terreno de campanhas, lançamentos e ações promocionais. Acompanhamento de KPIs (vendas, margens, mix, cobertura, visitas) e reporte. Gestão de pipeline e previsão de vendas com rigor. O que exigimos (o mínimo para seres eficaz) Experiência comprovada em vendas de campo (idealmente no setor farmacêutico/saúde/consumo). Forte orientação a resultados e capacidade de fechar negócio. Excelente comunicação, negociação e disciplina de execução. Autonomia, organização e capacidade de gerir território. Carta de condução e disponibilidade para deslocações em território nacional e estrangeiro. O que valorizamos Rede de contactos ativa no canal farmácia na Zona Norte. Experiência com sell-in/sell-out, gestão por categorias e campanhas. Conforto com análise de dados (Excel) e tomada de decisão baseada em números.
