Work Model: Hybrid (a few days in the Lisbon office, remaining days from home) Location: Lisbon city area About the Role As a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist, you will analyse and optimise advertising campaigns, improve performance, and support clients in reaching their marketing goals. This is not a customer support role it is a strategic, analytical, and performance-driven digital marketing position. What you'll do: Analyse and optimise digital ad campaigns Develop strategy based on client goals Manage programmatic and paid media products Identify trends and propose improvements Work closely with cross-functional teams Salary & Benefits 23,000 annual base salary Hybrid working model (office + home) Comprehensive initial training Modern office in central Lisbon Career development in a global marketing environment Supportive, international team culture Relocation Options 2,500 gross bonus for candidates relocating from outside Continental Portugal , paid with the first payroll 1,500 gross bonus for candidates relocating within Portugal (from 100 km+ away from Lisbon) Housing search assistance + full support with NIF and NISS bureaucracy Candidate Profile Strong command of Danish Good level of English 1+ year experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or performance optimization Comfortable with data analysis and Excel Analytical, organised, and solution-oriented
