About the RoleWe are looking for a proactiveSPL Relationship Manager & CSC Supportto strengthen collaboration between our company and ISPL ITG CDF, ensuring smooth delivery of services such as penetration testing and application security (code review analysis). You will also provide essential administrative support to the Head of CSC.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with ISPLForecast and monitor annual usage of ISPL servicesManage budgets from planning to execution, reporting any deviationsSupport the Head of CSC with administrative tasks and presentationsOversee contracts and assist in defining new service requirementsPrepare KPIs and maintain the CSC skills planCollaborate with the VM operational team on campaign planning and follow-upReporting To:Head of CSCWhat We’re Looking ForLanguages:Excellent written and spoken EnglishExperience:Minimum 2 years in IT; cybersecurity knowledge is a plusSkills:Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, client-focused, adaptable, collaborativeTools:Proficient in MS Office; able to produce regular and ad-hoc reportsWork Model:
