Product Manager

(f/m/d) Mid/Senior level Your contribution to a #zerodowntimefuture

As a Product Manager, you will own a new product that Stratio is building from the ground up, from early definition to its first customers. The role

You'll own a new product that Stratio is building from scratch, combining hardware and software, from early definition to its first customers. You will understand the problem, shape the solution with engineering and bring it to market with our commercial teams. What your weeks look like

Product vision and roadmap

You define the product vision, strategy and roadmap together with the Head of Product Management, and you keep the company informed on the vision, roadmap and progress. Customers and market

You talk regularly with customers and internal teams to understand their problems, workflows and needs. You follow the market and competitors, and you know how the product compares with the alternatives. Requirements and priorities

You turn problems into clear requirements that engineering teams can act on, and you work day to day with the software and hardware teams on scope and trade-offs. You prioritise by customer value, business impact and effort, and you make the trade-offs explicit. Success metrics

You define the success metrics for the product and track them from the first release, so decisions are based on evidence. Go-to-market

You work with sales, marketing and customer success to bring the product to market, from positioning to the first customer rollouts, and support customer conversations with product expertise. What we are looking for

Must have: Product management experience at Mid or Senior level (minimum 2+ years of experience), ideally in B2B SaaS;

Proven experience across the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and launch, and measuring the impact of what you build;

Solid understanding of the software development process and of working with Agile teams;

Comfortable using data to inform decisions, such as analysing usage data and defining KPIs;

Strong written and verbal communication, including writing clear specs and presenting to customers and leadership;

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and to make and defend prioritisation decisions;

Autonomy, ownership and comfort working with ambiguity;

BSc or MSc in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field;

Fluency in English.

Strong plus: Experience building a new product from scratch;

Experience with products involving hardware, IoT or telematics;

Experience with data-driven or AI/ML-based products;

Knowledge of the automotive, transport or fleet management sector.

What this is not

This is not a mature, predictable product. The product is still being shaped, so you'll work with open questions and make decisions with incomplete information. The product does not exist yet and you will help define it. This is not a software-only product. It combines hardware and software, and hardware brings constraints and specific requirements of its own that you'll need to factor into product decisions together with both teams. This is not a role with a fixed playbook. Priorities will change as we learn from customers, and you will decide with incomplete information. Why this is interesting

You would build a product end to end, with real ownership of what gets built and why, at a company with real customers and a product that works. The role is open to Mid and Senior profiles, with room for career progression. What we offer

Annual Gross Salary Band for the role: as we are open to both mid and senior level candidates, the salary band for the role is 30-45k.

Food Allowance of 10.20€ per working day;

Health Insurance for you and your children;

Fringe Benefits Policy;

Flexible Work Hours - adjust your schedule to your needs;

22 vacation days, plus up to 3 extra time off days according to your tenure;

Work Setup - remote, hybrid, onsite - if your job can be done remotely, and you prefer to, you're free to choose;
