Let's start with the role We are seeking a strategic and proactive Senior Agile Delivery Lead to oversee our Gaming Integrations and Gaming Content teams. This critical role involves planning and executing gaming operations strategies to ensure seamless providers integration and content delivery that aligns with our business objectives. The successful candidate will manage projects from inception to completion, coach team members and serve as the primary point of contact between the Gaming Tech teams and Gaming Operations to coordinate the release of new gaming content. As a Senior Gaming Operations Delivery Lead you will:Coach and mentor the Gaming Integrations and Gaming Content teams; Cultivate a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. Work in collaboration with the Integration & Content Team Leads to develop and oversee the execution of strategic plans for gaming integrations and content delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends; Manage and prioritize projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of gaming content and integrations; Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion; Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders related to the delivery of gaming content from gaming operations; Facilitate communication between stakeholders and teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives and deliverables; Ensure that all gaming operations deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements; Implement continuous quality improvement processes to enhance the product; Collaborate with the Content Management and Gaming Integrations Team Leads to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that assess team performance and the success of gaming integrations and content additions; Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation within the teams; Apply best practices in gaming operations and project management.
