As a Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence throughout the entire product lifecycle. Acting as the key link between our factories, R&D, purchasing, and marketing teams, you will help bring world-class products to life.
What You'll Do
Apply quality methods such as FMEA in projects
Track and drive project maturity levels
Conduct process audits to maintain top-tier standards
Identify quality risks and implement corrective measures
Support safe launch activities within your product group
Lead continuous improvement projects for both new and existing products
Report and monitor quality performance, including error rates and costs
What You Bring
A degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
At least 5 years of practical quality management experience
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 experience a plus)
Expertise in APQP/Stage Gate Process
Additional quality management training (auditor, Six Sigma) desirable
Fluent English communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; MS Project and SAP knowledge advantageous
