Senior Consultant Valuation & Advisory
Job Description Summary Are you ready to take the lead on strategic real estate valuation and advisory projects across diverse sectors — including Retail, Hospitality, Offices, Logistics, Living, and Alternative Uses? We're looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Valuation & Advisory team — a key player who thrives on delivering actionable insights, driving excellence, and building lasting client relationships.
Job Description What You'll Do
Coordinate and execute
property valuation projects
and
portfolio analyses
across multiple asset classes.
Conduct
site inspections
and review
territorial planning documentation .
Prepare
market, feasibility, and investment reports
to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure full compliance with
RICS ,
CMVM , and internal valuation standards.
Present
valuation results , methodologies, and key value drivers to clients and stakeholders.
Manage
project timelines , prioritize tasks, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Support
market research
and contribute to the development of internal
data and intelligence systems .
Collaborate with other business lines to strengthen
integrated advisory solutions .
Who You Are
Degree or Master's in
Architecture, Engineering, Economics, Management, Data Science , or a related field.
3-5 years
of relevant experience in
Valuation and Advisory .
Strong understanding of the
Portuguese real estate market
and valuation methodologies.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
Fluent in
Portuguese and English , both written and spoken.
Advanced skills in
Excel
and
Microsoft Office ; experience with
AI or data analytics tools
is a plus.
Experience in
Forestry & Agribusiness
or
equipment valuation
is highly valued.
