This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in sales, a strong interest in technology and digital tools, and the ambition to grow in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing, while building strong relationships with key players in the real estate ecosystem. What you'll be doing Generate, identify, and qualify inbound and outbound leads; Develop, manage, and close ongoing sales opportunities; Own and manage the end-to-end sales process, from first contact to contract signature; Build and nurture relationships with investors, real estate funds, construction companies, and strategic partners; Maintain accurate pipeline management using CRM and digital sales tools; Source and secure new properties and business opportunities in the market; Act proactively to expand the contact network and identify new acquisition channels. What We Are Looking For A hands-on, proactive attitude and ownership mindset; Strong technological curiosity and willingness to adopt new tools; High energy, resilience, and motivation to grow in a scale-up environment; Clear communication, structured thinking, and commercial intuition; Skills for the role Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets; Strong negotiation and closing abilities; Comfortable using digital tools, platforms, CRMs, and automation tools; Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team; 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, tech-driven environments, or B2B sales is a plus; Fluent in English and Portuguese (additional languages are a plus).
