• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Packet Core delivery, integration, or operations.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical leadership, upgrade management, or project delivery leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale telecom deployment and software upgrade projects.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong Packet Core domain expertise.
• Proven experience leading Packet Core deployment and upgrade projects.
• Deep understanding of:o Cloud Mobility Gateway (CMG)o Cloud Mobility Manager (CMM)o Network Repository Data (NRD)o Packet Core Architecture
• Strong knowledge of:o Software lifecycle managemento Upgrade methodologieso System integrationo Acceptance testingo Service migrationo High-availability telecom solutions
• Experience working with:o Salesforceo JIRAo 4LS organizationso R&D teams
• Strong risk management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience preparing:o Upgrade Assessmentso RCA Reportso MOPso HLDs/LLDso Project delivery documentationPreferredo Kubernetes/OpenShift environmentso Cloud-native Packet Core solutionso Nokia Cloud Platform technologieso EPC and 5G Core networkso Automation and orchestration tools
• Previous experience managing multinational delivery teams.
