Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients and healthcare providers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, including dosage, usage, and safety information. Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring timely resolutions and customer satisfaction. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's product range and relevant industry regulations. Document customer interactions accurately and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and ensure compliance with industry standards. Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. RequirementsFluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Familiarity with pharmaceutical products and relevant regulations is an advantage. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
