In our Tech Unit, the work is focused on Tech and High Tech clients for ICT and Engineering positions in the European Market. As a Freelance Tech Recruiter, you are expected to:
- Interpret Job Descriptions
- Create links between Job Descriptions, Client's business, and Candidate Profile
- Hunt Top Skilled professionals around the EU to fill openings in our clients
- Assess the requirements through a detailed Interview process
- Provide detailed analysis about suitable candidates
- Build a constant pipeline with weekly submissions
You will count on internal support from HR, Digital Marketing, and Recruitment Managers.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in Tech Recruitment, preferably in positions for the High Tech industry
- Able to recruit complex and senior profiles
- Experienced in Hunting processes
- Ability to interpret technical requirements
- Domain of Interview Techniques
Nice to have:
- Experience in relocating candidates between countries
- Technical academic background in ICT or Engineering
- Previous experience as a Freelance Recruiter
- Freelance contract that allows you to work from any part of the world
- Work with the best tech clients inside the European Union
