We want you to: Lead the delivery of our services and products with one of our key clients. Knowledge of SDLC and architectural principles. People leadership qualities. Previous experience in a similar role as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager. Stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build relationships and trust quickly. Experience running and managing different size projects. Accountability for the ownership and management of delivery. Internal and external reporting experience. You're a perfect fit if you have: Experience with DevOps tools. Knowledge of Design Thinking and Systems Thinking. Experience in Agile Software Delivery. A solid understanding of SDLC/PDLC. Good technical grasp and awareness of engineering best practices. Ability to use the language of the engineering teams, to lead discussion over technical/architectural topics when needed. Excellent level of written and verbal English communication You might also have: IPMA, PMP or equal certificates will be considered an advantage. Higher education in IT Project Management is an advantage. Please note you will work out of our Porto Office 5 days per week due to the current client requirements which is likely to last for at least 6-12 months.
