Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Management, or a related field. Senior-level experience in IT Governance, IT risk and vulnerability management, or IT project management. Solid knowledge of IT governance and service management frameworks (ITIL, COBIT). Experience in defining, monitoring, and controlling processes, action plans, and KPIs. Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and interface with areas outside IT (Information Security, Risk, Compliance). Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with strong emphasis on Excel. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory). What do we have to offer you?
