Descrição da função: Como Data & AI Specialist, será responsável por transformar dados operacionais e comerciais em informação útil, apoiando as diversas áreas da empresa — incluindo a administração — na tomada de decisões estratégicas e operacionais baseadas em dados e algoritmos de inteligência artificial. Responsabilidades principais: Extrair, integrar e tratar dados de múltiplas plataformas internas (comerciais, financeiras, marketing, pós-venda, CRM, etc.) Desenvolver análises e dashboards interativos para suporte à decisão Aplicar técnicas de machine learning (previsão de procura, segmentação de clientes, scoring de leads, deteção de anomalias) Utilizar ferramentas de IA generativa e automação analítica Garantir qualidade e fiabilidade dos dados Traduzir necessidades de negócio em soluções analíticas Apoiar a administração com reports regulares e ad hoc Sugerir métricas inteligentes e indicadores de desempenho Promover uma cultura data-driven na organização Perfil pretendido: Formação superior em Gestão, Economia, Engenharia, Estatística, Matemática Aplicada, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas afins Experiência relevante em análise de dados e modelação analítica Domínio de Power BI, Excel avançado, SQL Valorizam-se conhecimentos de Python, R, DAX, Power Query, Azure ML, DataRobot Capacidade analítica, espírito crítico e boa comunicação Curiosidade e proatividade na exploração de novas tecnologias Experiência no setor automóvel ou retalho será valorizada O que oferecemos Integração numa empresa sólida e em crescimento Ambiente colaborativo e orientado para a inovação Oportunidade de trabalhar diretamente com a administração Remuneração compatível com a experiência demonstrada Se tem o perfil pretendido envie-nos a sua candidatura Só os Cv´s selecionados serão alvo de contacto.
