Portugal (Relocation Support Available)
About the Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented
Technical Customer Service Specialist
fluent in Dutch to join our international team in Portugal. In this role, you will provide first-line technical support and ensure a smooth and positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
Diagnose and resolve product or service-related issues effectively
Assist customers with system navigation and technical troubleshooting
Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when required
Accurately document customer interactions and solutions
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and professionalism
Requirements
Native or fluent
Dutch (C1/C2 level)
Good command of
English (B2 or higher)
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Eligibility
