Contract Opportunity | Application Architect (AI / Python)We’re hiring an Application Architect to join a newly launched product team within a large, global organisation, building modern, AI-driven applications from the ground up.This is a hands-on architecture role where you’ll set technical direction, design scalable systems, and lead development across AI-enabled services.What you’ll be doing:• Defining application and cloud architecture• Designing API-first, microservices-based systems• Leading Python backend development• Working on AI / agent-based solutions (Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Llama, etc.)• Collaborating with engineering leadership in the UK (Scotland)Tech stack highlights:Python | REST APIsAzure (Azure AI Studio, Azure services)AI / agent frameworksDocker, TerraformPostgre SQL, data platformsIdeal background:• 4–7+ years as a Senior Engineer / Tech Lead / Architect• Strong modern architecture experience• Comfortable owning technical decisions and guiding othersThis is ahigh-impact role
